The simulation laboratory at the Feinberg School of Medicine is under the stewardship of the Center for Simulation Technology and Immersive Learning. There are three main areas of effort for the Center: learning and assessment via simulation, the creation of new devices to enhance learning and assessment, and the production of learning objects for medical education. The mission is simple: develop, deploy, and administer immersive educational experiences using innovative healthcare simulations that enhance knowledge, verify expertise, and improve patient outcomes.
